Board of Commissioners Calendar, Minutes

HACP is governed by a Board of Commissioners charged with the task of establishing goals, approving policy and budgets, and providing general direction to the Executive Director. The board typically meets at 10:30 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted. The hybrid meeting is held in-person with limited seating capacity and streamed via Zoom webinar. Call-in information is provided the week of the board meeting.

Zoom Information

Instructions on how to attend the Board of Commissioners Meeting virtually via Zoom will be shared the week of the Board Meeting.

In-Person Registration

At this time, seating for in-person attendance is limited. We request that anyone interested in attending the meeting in-person register in advance. In-person registration opens on the Monday before the board meeting and will close the following Wednesday at 11:00 A.M., or when the meeting capacity has been reached. If you are selected to attend the meeting, HACP staff will provide an email with instructions for attending in person.

Please note that registration does not guarantee attendance.

Public Comment Instructions

Members of the public can submit comments to be addressed at the board meeting. Public comments will be accepted from the Monday before the meeting until the following Wednesday at 5:00 P.M.
