Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is committed to improving the lives of its residents through education. To this end, we have created a youth scholarship program administered through the Authority’s non-profit foundation Clean Slate E3. Students are eligible to receive scholarship installments, in the amount of up $4,000 per year (with the possibility for a partial match provided from NEED) for a period of up to four years.
