Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program

Applications for the 2024-25 Clean Slate Scholarship Program are currently CLOSED.

 


Scholarship Requirements: 

Clean Slate E3 offers annual scholarships to qualified public housing residents. The program is limited to residents of Low-Income Public Housing or residents of Section 8/ Housing Choice Voucher Program. Additional requirements of the Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program include:

  • A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for graduating high school seniors; and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for college students applying for annual scholarship renewal.
  • Proof of full-time enrollment status in an accredited college, university, community college or an accredited trade or technical; and, for first-time applicants, a formal letter of acceptance.
  • Applicants are required to provide copies of a variety of documents, including a complete high school transcript, and the letter of acceptance. Returning applicants must provide their most recent college transcript and their schedule for the upcoming year of school.
