Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program

How to Contribute to Clean Slate E3:

You can contribute to Clean Slate E3 by clicking the button below, or by contacting the HACP Community Affairs Department at or 412-456-5000, ext. 3194. Please reach out if you want to learn more about future HACP fundraising activities.

Program Requirements: 
Clean Slate E3 offers annual scholarships to qualified public housing residents. The program is limited to residents of Low-Income Public Housing or residents of Section 8/ Housing Choice Voucher Program. Additional requirements of the Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program include:

  • A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for graduating high school seniors; and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for college students applying for annual scholarship renewal.
  • Proof of full-time enrollment status in an accredited college, university, community college or an accredited trade or technical; and, for first-time applicants, a formal letter of acceptance.
  • Applicants are required to provide copies of a variety of documents, including a complete high school transcript, and the letter of acceptance. Returning applicants must provide their most recent transcript and their schedule for the upcoming year of school.

Clean Slate E3 relies upon the support of direct contributions from HACP employees, community-minded organizations and business to provide financial support for the Clean Slate E3 program. Donations are accepted throughout the year.
