Program Requirements:
Clean Slate E3 is currently offering annual scholarships to qualified public housing residents. The program is limited to residents of Low-Income Public Housing or residents of Section 8/ Housing Choice Voucher Program. Additional requirements of the Clean Slate E3 Scholarship Program include:
- 2020-2021 scholarship applications are due June 12, 2020.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for graduating high school seniors; and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 for college students applying for annual scholarship renewal.
- Proof of full-time enrollment status in an accredited college, university, community college or an accredited trade or technical; and, for first-time applicants, a formal letter of acceptance.
- Applicants are required to provide copies of a variety of documents, including a complete high school transcript, and the letter of acceptance. Returning applicants must provide their most recent transcript and their schedule for the upcoming year of school.

Clean Slate E3 relies upon the support of direct contributions from HACP employees, community-minded organizations and business to provide financial support for the Clean Slate E3 program. Donations are accepted throughout the year.

Limited-time opportunity: The Pittsburgh branch of the FBI is accepting applications from high school juniors for their Teen Academy. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on 1/29/21 at kwesolosky@fbi.gov. More information is available on their website.
