Allegheny County Department of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

The Allegheny County Department of M/W/DBE provides certification as a Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, to qualifying firms. All prospective M/W/DBE firms wishing to participate in the Allegheny County M/W/DBE Program must be certified with Allegheny County. The Pittsburgh Builders Exchange (PBX) is a trade association that has been serving the commercial construction industry since 1886. We are now a full-service online construction news service supplying the most accurate information about construction opportunities from the design phase through contract awards. Our website includes continuously updated project news, bid documents, addenda, reprographic services, online take-off tools, sophisticated searching, tracking and notification features. Although our primary service is the online plan room we also have a fully equipped physical plan room for your convenience. The U.S. Small Business Administration, since its founding on July 30, 1953, has delivered millions of loans, loan guarantees, contracts, counseling sessions and other forms of assistance to small businesses.


Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council

The Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council is established to advance business opportunities by certifying and connecting minority business enterprises to corporate members who wish to purchase their products, services and solutions.


Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (PMAHCC) is the principal regional advocate for the Hispanic business community’s civic and economic interests.
