Part B-Exterior Work B. General Construction and Outdoor Furniture – the estimated cost range is $175,670-257,649, with work to begin in Spring of 2015. C. Plumbing Work– the estimated cost range is $2,875-4,217 with work to begin in Spring of 2015. D. Electrical Work- the estimated cost range is $6,772-9,933, with work to begin in Spring of 2015.
