The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) hereby requests proposals from qualified contractors (hereinafter, “vendor”) to perform Façade Improvements Authority Wide (hereinafter, “services”). A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (“ARMDC”), a nonprofit development instrumentality of the Housing Authority City of the Pittsburgh is seeking qualified firms to respond to the attached Request for Proposals to partially finance a 43-unit mid-rise building to serve as replacement housing to the Northview Heights High-rise public housing located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania using Tax-Exempt Bond financing and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Mixed-Finance development method.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (hereinafter referred to as “HACP”), is a federally funded public housing agency. The Housing Authority maintains over 2500 units of rental housing.  HACP is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide Electrostatic Cleaning and Disinfection of HACP Properties  and other related work requested by HACP in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2,  titled “Bid Sheet and “Specifications.”

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the 412 Blvd of the Allies Office Build Out – PA0010000099.  The construction work is estimated to begin in April of 2021.
