The Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) on behalf of our affiliated nonprofit organization, Clean Slate E3, for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed proposals to provide Out-of-School Time (OST) Programs.

Procurement Details:

Clean Slate E3 is contemplating the award of a professional service contract, or contracts, for an initial term of one (1) year with two (2), one (1) year extension options, for a total of three (3) years, in the form of the Grant Agreement (Attachment A) through this solicitation process.
