Fairmont Apartments

Fairmont Apartments is a 60-unit, mid-rise rental housing development available to persons age 62 and older. The housing consists of one-bedroom units of approximately 620 square feet. The community is located on Penn Avenue in Garfield, convenient to Pittsburgh’s East Liberty shopping district, and located in close proximity to medical facilities and many other amenities utilized by senior citizens.

Fairmont Apartments has been developed in cooperation with Affirmative Investments, Inc. as well as several local community development corporations. Fairmont includes 50 public housing units, including 10 accessible units.
