2022 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy & 2022 Administrative Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), AND The Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan.

The proposed revisions for both the ACOP and Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan are available for review from November 15, 2021 to December 15, 2021. See links below to download the proposed revisions:

Written comments on the proposed revisions must be addressed to “Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy” and/or “Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan” Admin Plan changes can be sent to the Housing Choice Voucher Department at 200 Ross Street, 7th floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. ACOP changes can be sent to Asset Management, 225 Ross St. #501, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Written comments must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on December 15, 2021.

Public hearings to discuss proposed changes to the ACOP, Admin Plan and Payment Standards will be held on December 3, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. via Zoom. Meeting information is as follows:
