Procurement Details:

The commencement date for performing the Services shall be the date of this Agreement, listed above, and will continue for a term of 3 (three) years with 2 (two) 1 (one) year extension options for a total of 5 (five) years, at the discretion of the Authority, unless sooner terminated as provided herein.

In addition to the electronic submittal above, The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will only be accepting physical proposals dropped off in person from 8:00 AM until the closing time of time of 10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2023 in the lobby of 100 Ross St. Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Proposals may still be mailed via USPS at which time they will be Time and Date Stamped at 100 Ross Street 2nd Floor, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. All proposals must be received at the above address no later than _10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2023, regardless of the selected delivery mechanism.
