The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) and its instrumentality, Allies & Ross Management and Development Services (“ARMDC”), anticipates the need and intends to contract with one (1) or more qualified Firm(s) to provide Development Professional and Advisory Services on an as-needed basis.   The selected firm(s) will provide staff augmentation, consulting/advisory services and/or other related professional services on behalf of HACP and ARMDC based on a task order service contract for one or more specialty area(s).  Following execution of services contract, request for task orders will be issued for qualified firms to submit a fee proposal and budget based on a defined scope of services before work is authorized.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive separate sealed bids for Arlington Heights Exterior Doors and Hardware Replacements for the following contracts:

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

The City of Pittsburgh (City), the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) (collectively, the City, URA, and HACP are referred to as the “Co-Owners”), are accepting competitive proposals from experienced property management firms to manage the Co-Owners’ property located to 420 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 (the “Property”). Closing occurred on September 20, 2018 and design is underway for the LEED Silver build-out of the Property. Management decisions will be delegated to representatives of each Co-Owner.

The Co-Owners seek proposals from persons or organizations qualified to provide Property Management for the 412 Boulevard of the Allies.
