Quote Request – Rent Reasonableness Software 2019

The Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (“ARMDC”), an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), hereby requests proposals from qualified Environmental Services firms to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Update for eighty-two (82) scattered site parcels located in the Manchester neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, as a part of the Manchester Revitalization development (PA-01-72) (see Attachment L – Schedule of Properties and Attachment M – Site Map).  A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

The Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “ARMDC”), a non-profit corporation and an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), working in conjunction with Allies Property Management Group (“APMG”), a subsidiary and instrumentality of the HACP is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide Home Inspections for the Manchester Community and other related work requested by ARMDC in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2, titled “Bid Sheet and “Specifications”.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the Gualtieri Manor HVAC Piping System Replacements, AMP-47

The construction work is estimated to begin in October of 2019.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) hereby requests proposals from hazardous materials abatement (“HazMat”) firms to perform professional hazardous materials abatement services (hereinafter, “Services”). A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the Homewood North Window Replacements, AMP-20.

The construction work is estimated to begin in September of 2019.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the Northview Heights Building #74 Upgrades – REBID, AMP-09.

The construction work is estimated to begin in September of 2019.
