The HACP has approximately 300 employees and services over 10,000 residents.  The Authority, its partners and subsidiaries operate approximately 4000 units of rental housing; and, through its Housing Choice Voucher Program, funds housing assistance for the rental of more than 6000 other units of privately owned housing.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh seeks proposals from persons or organizations qualified to provide workers compensation insurance.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) requests proposals from qualified property owners and/or developers (including non-profits and Community Development Corporations) under the Project-Based Voucher (“PBV”) Program.  The HACP’s PBV program is designed to conform to the Project-Based Voucher Program Final Rule published on October 13, 2005, Federal Regulations at 24 CFR Part 983 as modified by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Federal Register Notice 73 FR 71037), other applicable Notices from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the implementing provisions of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (Federal Register Notices 82 FR 2458 and 82 FR 32461).

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (hereinafter referred to as “HACP”), is a federally funded public housing agency. The Housing Authority maintains approximately 5208 units of rental housing.  HACP is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide Elevator Repair and Maintenance Authority Wide and other related work requested by HACP in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2,  titled “Bid Sheet and “Specifications”.

The Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (“ARMDC”), an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), hereby requests proposals from qualified Environmental Services firms to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Update for fifty-six (56) scattered site properties located in the Manchester neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, as a part of the Manchester scattered site redevelopment (PA-01-72) (see Attachment L – Schedule of Properties and Attachment M – Site Map). A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Quote Request – Authority Wide Cell Tower Lease Review Rebid

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the Homewood North Stoops and Courtyard Paving, AMP-20.

The construction work is estimated to begin in November of 2019.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh will receive sealed bids for the Bedford Dwellings Plumbing Lines Services.
