    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

    HACP provides its residents with a variety of services that promote and develop job and life skills. We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create homeownership opportunities. HACP strives to enrich the lives of our residents by providing educational, recreational and lifestyle programs tailored to youth, families and seniors.

September 2021 Board of Commissioners Meeting

August 19, 2021

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) does not hold a Board of Commissioners in August.

It will meet next in September on Wednesday, September 15 at 10:30 a.m. Due to ongoing public health concerns, the meeting will be held virtually. Members of the public, board members, media and staff should not come to the 200 Ross Street building, as it is closed until further notice.
