Public Notice of Revised Flat Rent Schedule

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Low Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule.

The revised 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule is available for review and comment from Oct. 1, 2020 to Oct. 30, 2020. Available here: Flat Rent Schedule 2021 (9-23-2020). Copies of the 2021 Flat Rent Schedule can also be obtained by contacting the HACP Executive Office at 412-456-5012.

A Public Hearing to receive public comments on the revised 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. via Zoom:

Written comments on the HACP Flat Rent Schedule must be addressed to 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule. Comments must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Oct. 30, 2020 and sent to the following e-mail address: michelle.ralston@hacp.org or call 412-456-5075.

Once approved, the final revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be effective Jan.1, 2021.
