Public Notice of Revised Flat Rent Schedule 2022

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Low Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule.

The revised 2022 HACP Flat Rent Schedule is available for review and comment from September 27, 2021 to October 26, 2021 on the HACP Web Site here. Copies of the 2022 Flat Rent Schedule can be obtained by contacting the HACP Asset Management office at 412-643-3164.

A Public Hearing to receive public comments on the revised 2022 HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. via Zoom:

Written comments on the HACP Flat Rent Schedule must be addressed to 2022 HACP Flat Rent Schedule. Comments must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on October 26, 2021 and sent to the following e-mail address: michelle.ralston@hacp.org or call 412-643-2851. Once approved, the final revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be effective December 1, 2021.
