2017 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan 

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan to include a one (1) time provision for twenty-five (25) set aside vouchers for the 811 Rental Assistance Program.  

The proposed revision will be available for review from June 23, 2017 to July 24, 2017 at the following locations:

• HACP Operations Department 200 Ross St., 6^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219;
• HACP Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Department, 200 Ross St., 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219;

 Written comments on the proposed revisions to the Administrative Plan must be addressed to “Attention: Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan” at HACP Housing Choice Voucher Department (Section 8), 200 Ross St., 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on July 24, 2017. 

Public hearings to receive comments on the HCV Administrative Plan will be held on Monday, July 10, at 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., at 200 Ross St., 9^th floor board room.
