    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

    HACP provides its residents with a variety of services that promote and develop job and life skills. We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create homeownership opportunities. HACP strives to enrich the lives of our residents by providing educational, recreational and lifestyle programs tailored to youth, families and seniors.

Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is making modifications to its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and is posting the document for public review and comment.

The HACP’s revised ACOP will be available for review from February 20 to March 22, 2013. The revised document may be downloaded here: Proposed Revisions to ACOP — Feb. 20, 2013 .

Written comments regarding the proposed changes to the ACOP must be sent to HACP Operations Dept., 200 Ross Street, 6^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on March 22, 2013.
