Limited Opening of Site Based Waiting List

On Monday, April 6, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will conduct a limited opening of the Project Based Voucher Site Based Waiting List for two and three bedroom units at Larimer Station (Carver Street, Meadow Street, and Larimer Avenue in Larimer, Pittsburgh, PA 15206), for the following specific categories of applicants only: 

•         Households to be  involuntarily displaced due to redevelopment of Hamilton-Larimer (Auburn) development.

This waiting list will close on April 20, 2015, at 5:00 p.m.   

HACP will only be accepting applications in person.  Applications can be submitted at 100 Ross Street, 4^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219. 

Pre-applications will only be accepted for the following specific categories of families: 

1.      qualify for two- (2) bedroom and three- (3) bedroom units; AND,

2.      will be involuntarily displaced due to redevelopment of Hamilton-Larimer (Auburn) development.

Applications must be made in person.  Applications can be made at the HACP Occupancy Department, 100 Ross Street, 4^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219.  Additional information is available by contacting the HACP Occupancy Department at 412-456-5030.

(This event is ONLY for the specific category of displaced households, and is for 2 and 3 bedroom units at the new Larimer Station ONLY and is completely separate from the HACP Housing Choice Voucher Program).
