    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create homeownership opportunities. July 2023 Board of Commissioners Meeting

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is holding its July 2023 Board of Commissioners Meeting Thursday, July 27, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Members of the public, board members, media and staff should not come to the 200 Ross Street building, as it is closed.
