HACP to Hold Public Hearings on Oct. 4 Regarding Proposed FY Housing Choice Voucher Payment Standards

Pursuant to the regulations 24 CFR 982.503, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Department has completed its annual review and update of the HCV Payment Standard Charts.

The proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 HCV Payment Standard Charts are available for review and comment from Sunday, September 21, 2025, to Tuesday, October 21, 2025. The proposed effective date for implementation is January 1, 2026. 

Written comments on the FY 2026 HCV Payment Standard Charts must be addressed to:

Written comments must be received by the close of business (5:00 pm) on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2026 HCV Payment Standard Charts will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting information is as follows:
