    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Closing of Various Waiting Lists (Project Based Voucher Program)

July 19, 2023

Effective Friday, July 21, 2023, at 11:59 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh
(HACP) will close the following Project Based Voucher Program waiting lists:

• Allegheny Union Baptist Association (AUBA)
• Hillcrest Senior Residences
• Legacy Apartments
• Lemington Senior Homes
• Milliones Manor

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time. Public
Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to re-open specific waiting lists.
