    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Closing of Bedford Dwellings Waiting List

August 9, 2023

Effective Monday, August 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh
(HACP) will close the following Low Income Public Housing community waiting lists:

Bedford Dwellings (1, 2 and 3-bedroom)

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time. Public
Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to re-open specific waiting lists.
