Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency Service Coordinators (ROSS)

The Resident Opportunity & Self Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS-SC) program provides service coordination to families in HACP’s LIPH communities. By conducting needs assessments, providing linkage to supportive services, and creating resident empowerment activities, ROSS coordinators promote economic and housing independence and stability.

The ROSS program is in five communities across the city:
  • Allegheny Dwellings
  • Arlington Heights
  • Bedford Dwellings
  • Homewood North
  • Northview Heights.

Any resident in LIPH or family communities are eligible to participate in the ROSS program, unless they are currently enrolled in the FSS Program; A resident can begin participating in ROSS programming at any time.

If you are interested in participating in the ROSS program or want more information, fill out this survey here.
