HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Community Redevelopment is Coming

April 19, 2012

A new Addison Terrace is on the horizon. HACP and its development partners are launching community-wide redevelopment efforts in Addison Terrace in 2012.

The redevelopment of Addison Terrace will be completed in 4 to 5 phases, consisting of 80-100 units per phase. An off-site phase is also being planned in order to reconnect the new redevelopment with the Centre Avenue corridor.

Relocation activitiies have been underway for months and demolition will begin in the near future.
