Procurement Details:

This is an Allies and Ross Management and Development Corp. (ARMDC) Procurement. Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation ("ARMDC"), a non-profit corporation and an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide Master Planning and Architectural/Engineering Services for the implementation of the development of a new up to 87 unit mixed-income Midrise at Nothview Heights or within the City of Pittsburgh ("Master Planning Services"). The new Midrise will replace the North-view Heights Highrise, located in the North-side section of the City of Pittsburgh, a 9-story highrise with 87 apartment units and its residents consist of elderly and persons with disabilities.
