HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Based upon comments received and further review of the allowance calculation, there is no increase due for any eligible Low Income Public Housing unit. An eligible resident would be any resident currently paying gas and/or electric.
