Review Period to Open Aug. 23 Regarding the HACP FY 2027 Moving to Work Annual Plan

In accordance with its Moving to Work (MTW) Agreement, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is publishing its FY 2027 MTW Annual Plan for review and comment from Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026, to Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026.

Once approved, the final FY 2027 MTW Annual Plan will be effective on the first day of the fiscal year, Jan. 1, 2027, or after the HACP receives approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Moving to Work Office, whichever occurs later.

Written comments regarding the FY 2027 MTW Annual Plan must be addressed to:

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2027 MTW Annual Plan will be held at:
9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, via Zoom.
