Public Notice of Release of Public Notice of FY 2024 Moving to Work Annual Plan

In accordance with its Moving to Work (MTW) Agreement, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is publishing its FY 2024 MTW Annual Plan for review and comment from Sunday, August 13, 2023, to Friday, September 15, 2023. Once approved, the final FY 2024 MTW Annual Plan will be effective on the first day of the fiscal year, January 1, 2024, or after the HACP receives approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Moving to Work Office, whichever occurs later.

Written comments regarding the FY 2024 MTW Annual Plan must be addressed to “Attention: Amy Shaffer – HACP FY 2024 MTW Annual Plan” at the HACP Operations Department, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 7th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or Amy.Shaffer@hacp.org, and must be received by the close of business (5:00 pm) on Friday, September 15, 2023.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2024 MTW Annual Plan will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting information is as follows:

September 20, 2023: 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
