Public Notice of Proposed FY 2024 Housing Choice Voucher Program Utility Allowances

Pursuant to regulation 24 CFR 982.517, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Department has completed its annual review and update of the HCV Utility Allowance Schedules. The proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 HCV Utility Allowance Schedules are available for review and comment from Sunday, September 24, 2023, to Tuesday, October 24, 2023. The proposed effective date of implementation is January 1, 2024.

Written comments on the FY 2024 HCV Utility Allowance Schedules must be addressed to “Attention: FY 2024 HCV Utility Allowance Schedules” at the HACP HCV Department, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 5th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must be received by the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2024 HCV Utility Allowance Schedules will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting information is as follows:

October 11, 2023: 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
