Public Notice of Draft 2023 Moving to Work Annual Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is publishing its Draft FY 2023 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan for review and comment. The Draft FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan is available for review and comment from Sunday, July 31, 2022 to Wednesday, September 14, 2022. Printed copies of the Draft FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan can be obtained by contacting the HACP Executive Office at 412-456-5012.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the FY 2023 HACP MTW Annual Plan will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom Meeting information is as follows:

Written comments on the Draft FY 2023 HACP MTW Annual Plan must be addressed to:

“Attention: HACP Moving to Work Annual Plan” at the HACP Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Department, 200 Ross Street, 7th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and must be received by Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Once approved, the final FY 2023 HACP MTW Annual Plan will be effective on the first day of the fiscal year, January 1, 2023, or after the HACP receives approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)  Moving to Work Office, whichever occurs later.
