HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Public Notice for HCV Landlords: HACP to Move to Direct Deposit Payments in 2025

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is going paperless in 2025.

All Housing Choice Voucher Landlords will be required to sign up for payments via our Direct Deposit Form prior to Dec. 31, 2024.

Once you enroll, all HACP payments will be made to your respective financial institutions.

Please do not wait to enroll – doing so may delay payments.

This move will make receiving and tracking payments easier by cutting down late deliveries and theft.

The form may also be accessed via the HACP website and the Landlord Resources Page.

Please note: If you already have Direct Deposit, you do not need to take any further action.
