    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Public Notice: Closing of Various Waiting Lists

October 1, 2019

Effective Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 12:00 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will close the following Project Based Voucher Program waiting lists:

Crawford Square Apartments – one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom
East Liberty Place South – one (1) and two (2) bedroom
Hillcrest Senior Residences – one (1) bedroom
Miller Street Apartments – one (1) and two (2) bedroom
Skyline Terrace – four (4) bedroom
Sycamore Street Apartments – one (1) bedroom

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time. Public Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to re-open specific waiting lists.
