Opening of LIPH Waiting Lists for Wheelchair Accessible Units

PUBLIC NOTICE
OPENING OF LOW INCOME PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LISTS
FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE UNITS ONLY

Effective Monday, September 9, 2013, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will re-open various community waiting lists to persons/families that require the features of a wheelchair accessible unit only.  The waiting lists were closed on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, and will remain closed for the specific size apartments indicated below for all persons/families that do not require the features of a wheelchair accessible unit.  

The following waiting lists will be opened for persons/families that require the features of a wheelchair accessible unit only: 

• Allegheny Dwellings (1 Bedroom)
• Arlington Heights (1 Bedroom)
• Bedford Dwellings (1 & 3 Bedroom)
• Carrick Regency
• Finello High Rise
• Glen Hazel Family (1, 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom)
• Gualtieri Manor
• Homewood North (2 Bedroom)
• Mazza Pavilion
• Morse Gardens
• Murray Towers
• Northview Heights Family (2 & 5 Bedroom)
• Pressley Street High Rise (2 Bedroom)
• Scattered Sites (2 & 5 Bedroom)
