2021 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy & 2021 Administrative Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), AND The Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan.

The proposed revisions for both the ACOP and Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan will be available for review from October 19, 2020 to November 17, 2020. See links below to download the proposed revisions:

Written comments on the proposed revisions must be addressed to “Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy” and/or “Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan” Admin Plan changes can be sent to the Housing Choice Voucher Department at 200 Ross Street, 7th floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. ACOP changes can be sent to Asset Management, 225 Ross St. #501, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Written comments must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on November 17, 2020.

A public hearing to receive public comments on the revised 2021 HACP Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy & 2021 Administrative Plan will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and via Zoom.
