Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh Public Notice of Revised Low-Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule 2025

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Low-Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule.

The revised 2025 HACP Flat Rent Schedule is available for review and comment from Monday, Oct. 28, to Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, on the HACP website: www.hacp.org.

Copies of the 2025 Flat Rent Schedule can also be obtained by contacting the HACP Asset Management office at: 412-643-2737.

A notice including the proposed Flat Rent schedule will be mailed to all residents of the Low-Income Housing portfolio on Monday, Oct. 21, 2024.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the revised 2025 HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be held at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, via Zoom.

A written comment period will be held beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024.
