In-person Registration will open on Monday, Dec. 15 at 8:00 A.M. and close on Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 11:00 A.M., or when seating capacity has been filled.

In-person Registration is CLOSED.

Public Comments will be accepted from Monday, Dec. 15 at 8:00 A.M. until Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 5:00 P.M.
