Closing of HACP Waiting Lists

Effective Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of
Pittsburgh (HACP) will close the following Low Income Public Housing community waiting lists:

• Allegheny Dwellings – (1 and 2-bedroom)
• Arlington Heights – (1 and 2-bedroom)
• Caliguiri High Rise – (1-bedroom)
• Carrick Regency – (1-bedroom)
• Finello High Rise – (1-bedroom)
• Frank Mazza Pavilion – (1-bedroom)
• Gualtieri Manor – (Studio/1-bedroom)
• Homewood North – (2-bedroom)
• Morse Gardens – (1-bedroom)
• Murray Towers – (Studio/1 and 2-bedroom)
• Northview Heights – (2-bedroom)
• PA Bidwell High Rise – (1-bedroom)
• Pressley Street High Rise – (Studio/1-bedroom)
• Scattered Sites – (2-bedroom)

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time. Public
Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to re-open specific waiting lists.
