Project Based Voucher Program

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) hereby request proposals from qualified property owners and developers pursuant to the project based voucher (PBV) Program: Project-Based Voucher Program RFP-125-44-12 Proposals will be considered in up to four rounds following each of the submittal deadlines included in the RFP. Proposals to be considered in the first round must be submitted to the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, Office of Procurement, 100 Ross St. Second Fl. Pittsburgh, PA, 15219 no later than 3:00 P.M. on October, 25, 2012. The documents will be available no later than October 8, 2012 and signed, sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., October 25, 2012 at 100 Ross Street 2nd floor, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, at which time they will be Time and Date Stamped.
