Bid documents will be available on October 20, 2025. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 5, 2025 at 10:00 am, at 2305 Bedford Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Bidders shall be prepared to review all aspects of the site necessary to prepare a bid. In the event the bid file is too large to be uploaded as a single file, add: _Part-I, _Part-2… etc. to the end of the file name. The work must be substantially complete within  60  calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
