Bid Instructions:

Bid documents will be available on October 20, 2025. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 5, 2025 at 10:00 am, at 2305 Bedford Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Pre-Bid Conference attendance is not mandatory. The meeting may be attended in-person or virtually. Virtual Meeting is not available. A site visit of the property will be conducted thereafter: Yes

Bidders shall be prepared to review all aspects of the site necessary to prepare a bid. The last day for submission of written questions will be   November 12, 2025           until  12:00 pm  Bids will be received either in the lobby of the One Stop Shop at 412 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219; by USPS mail to 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 or by electronic submission at the following: https://www.dropbox.com/request/vMxXnPNWJsfQ9L0OqvbT

until  10:00 am on November 20, 2025 , regardless of the selected delivery mechanism at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud which may be attended virtually via the following:

In the event the bid file is too large to be uploaded as a single file, add: _Part-I, _Part-2… etc. to the end of the file name. The work must be substantially complete within  60  calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
