HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) hereby requests proposals from hazardous materials abatement (“HazMat”) firms to perform professional hazardous materials abatement services (hereinafter, “Services”). A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Procurement Details:

HACP seeks proposals from firms qualified to provide Professional Services and is contemplating the award of a professional service contract or contracts for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year extension options whereby HACP will authorize the selected professionals, during a stated time period and for the services HACP requires, to perform the Services on an as-needed basis through the use of Task Orders.
