Procurement Details:

The Authority is seeking to qualify one (1) vendor to provide contractual security services at one (1) high-rise and two (2) welcome stations. Contractor shall submit their proposal detailing their ability to provide the required services at some or all of the sites listed. Contractor shall provide armed Security Guards to patrol one (1) high-rise and two (2) welcome stations. Contractor will provide Security Guard service each day. One (1) Security Guard shall work simultaneously at each location. The Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the hours, number of Security Guards to be provided, or number of properties serviced, to include properties that are in addition to those referenced in this scope of work, by providing a twenty-four (24) hour written notice. **Award is contingent upon the Offeror meeting the Responsibility Determination of the Security Department prior to being awarded a contract.**
