(ARMDC Procurement) Tax Credit Quality Control Consultant

Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation ("ARMDC"), a non-profit corporation and an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), hereby requests Qualification from experienced firms to provide Tax Credit Quality Control Consultant services for a task-order based contract related to the submission of applications to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency ("PHFA") for an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits ("LIHTC"). A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ").
