Appraisal Services for HACP Redevelopment Projects in Larimer/East Liberty

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is requesting Appraisal Services for Property Appraisers. HACP intends to acquire privately owned residential single-family, and multi-family structures located within the Larimer/East Liberty area, Pittsburgh, PA. The selected licensed professional appraiser(s) will determine the fair market value of the selected residential structures. Up to fifteen (15) appraisals may be requested, but this would be broken down into groups, or singles, at different times.
