responsible for professional appraisal services for one (1) multifamily property located in the Hill District
neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh’s 5th Ward. The subject property is Christopher A. Smith Terrace,
which is located 2829 Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The property includes 25 public housing
units and 12 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units.
