    HACP plays a vital role in providing housing opportunities in the City of Pittsburgh. HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

    HACP provides its residents with a variety of services that promote and develop job and life skills. We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create homeownership opportunities. HACP strives to enrich the lives of our residents by providing educational, recreational and lifestyle programs tailored to youth, families and seniors.

Northview Heights Community Day

August 3, 2012

Housing Authority residents are invited to join their friends and neighbors for a day of fun in the sun by attending one of the many Community Day & Health Fair events to be held this summer. The events are organized by the HACP Tenant Councils.

Northview Heights will host its Community Day on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, from 1 to 6 p.m., at the Northview Heights Field. The Community Day celebration is free to all Northview residents.
