HCV Landlords — Frequently Asked Questions: Posting Units to HACP’s New Property Search Feature
The HACP is launching a new website in November 2026.
The site will include a new and improved Property Search feature for all Housing Choice Voucher tenants and voucher holders.

This will also require a new process for submitting your rental properties to be posted to the website.
You will no longer have access as a user to the website. Each property will require a submission form that will be reviewed by members of our staff.
Once reviewed and accepted, staff members will post them to the site.
IF YOU ARE ABLE, PLEASE ATTEND THE SEPT. 10, 2026 LANDLORD COUNCIL MEETING FOR A PRESENTATION ON THIS NEW FEATURE.
Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions we have compiled to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
Please continue to use the current Property Search Portal for posting your properties until later this fall.
You will receive ample notification to transition to the new process.
Please be patient as this process is new to all of us, and will be an adjustment.
Thank you for your continued partnership with the HACP and Housing Choice Voucher Program!

Once your form is complete and submitted, HACP staff will review your submission and it will either be approved or rejected.
If your form is approved, the property will then be posted to the website by a member of the HACP Community Affairs team. The new website does not have the capability to include external users with direct access to property listings.
If your form is rejected, an HACP staff member will contact you via email to alert you of the reasoning. If missing information is needed, you will be permitted to resubmit the form.
