The Housing Authority of the city of Pittsburgh is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed proposals to provide Annual Unit Inspections: Pre-REAC/NSPIRE. Services will be authorized through individual task orders and may vary in scope, size, location, and source of funding.
