The award will be made to the lowest bidder and items are as is, with no warranty implied or expressed. Returns are not allowed, nor is the vendor allowed to leave any items onsite. All Items must be removed and hauled away. Dumpsters onsite are not to be utilized.

Bidders may view each floor prior to bidding on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

** Inventory must be removed on or before 3:00 p.m. July 12, 2024. Vendor must take ALL office furniture.
