HACP manages several thousand housing units in community settings, high rises and scattered sites around the City. Additionally, many privately owned housing units are provided through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Northview Heights Family High-rise, 533 Mt. Pleasant Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15214. The estimated general construction cost range is $750,000.00 - $1,100,000.00. The work is estimated to begin in the summer of 2015. Bid Documents will be available on or about Monday, March 16, 2015 for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. Bid Documents, including bid forms and project manual can be picked up in person, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
