HACP to Close One Community & Several Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists on Oct. 16, 2026

Effective at 3 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2026, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will close the following Project-Based Voucher Program waiting lists

• City’s Edge
• Elmer Williams Square
• Hillcrest Senior Residences
• Lemington Senior Housing
• Skyline Terrace
• The Reed Senior Housing – (1-bedroom)

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time.

Public Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to reopen these specific waiting lists.

Also effective at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026,  the HACP will close the following community waiting list:

• Christopher Smith Terrace
